Best Practices for Testing Global Navigation Satellite System in Connected Devices Seminar
March 30th 9 AM – 12:40 PM
VentureLAB (3600 STEELES AVE., MARKHAM, ON, L3R 9Z7)
As vehicles and devices rely more heavily on accurate position, navigation and timing (PNT) testing of GNSS-dependent systems is becoming ever more essential.
The use of a GNSS simulator when designing any form of location equipment is a compelling one. The ability to control test conditions and precisely repeat tests is a key application of simulation that cannot be matched by using live satellites for testing. It also enables users to simulate new satellite systems long before they go “live”.
